If you need to modify or cancel your appointment, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Changes, cancellations, or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the booked treatment cost. Failure to attend your appointment without notice (“no-show”) will also result in a charge of 100% of the booked treatment cost.
As we work with independent professionals who reserve dedicated time for each booking, we strictly enforce this policy to protect their scheduled income and availability.
Please note that if outstanding cancellation or no-show fees remain unpaid, we reserve the right to engage external collection services. Any additional collection or administrative costs will be added to the outstanding balance.
Nail Guarantee Policy
We offer a 7-day guarantee on gel polish, BIAB, and gel treatments in cases where lifting or chipping may be related to the product, application, or other technical causes.
If this occurs within 7 days of your appointment, please contact us through our WhatsApp service (messages only — no calls) so we can assess the issue and schedule a repair appointment if applicable.
Please note that damage caused by external factors, improper aftercare, or personal damage is not covered under the guarantee. In such cases, clients can book a “Nail Fix” appointment online, which will be charged accordingly.
